Alarm volume problem

I have set the alarm volume to 5, but when alarm turn on the device, the volume remains at the last value before turning off the device.

I just tried setting an alarm on my Amp for the first time with the alarm volume set to 5. I had the normal volume set to 10. When the alarm was triggered the volume was 5. When the alarm timed out the volume stayed at 5 which I didn't expect.

Did your WiiM reboot between the last time you used it and the alarm time?

If so, I know that the volume defined in a Preset is not respected after a reboot. I would guess it could be the same with alarms?
