Every time I get a delivery notification I get one on my Wiim Pro. It causes the music to pause and a little annoying. Is there anyway to disable it on my device?

Try looking for your WiiM device in the Alexa app and turning off Communications (or Announcements).

I'd also try turning on Do Not Disturb under its device settings in the Alexa app
