Amazon Music AlexaCast went crazy

Problems with AlexaCast to WiiM devices ongoing. When pressing the play button for popular songs on the Ariana Grande screen, for some reason Lady Gaga is playing.

This problem does not occur when playing through the phone's speaker.

I have also tried connecting to the Yamaha AVR, but I get a message saying 'a problem has occurred' and nothing plays.

I have tried clear cache and sign out of the Amazon music app. Also, this issue occurs on all my WiiM devices.

I am submitting a ticket for what is probably a temporary bug in AM.

If any of you are using Amazon music, could you please check if you can reproduce the issue?

Just recently, a new feature was added to the Japanese AM and also, since yesterday, I can play Audible. However, the UX of the app is getting worse..

I have just tried this, and Ariana Grande is playing as expected, so it might be country related.

Not happening for me in the UK (assuming I could tell Ariana Grande from Lady Gaga ) so maybe it’s a regional thing, although when I opened my Android Amazon Music app, it tells me my subscription has changed to the Student plan (which I haven’t) whereas my music subscription on the website correctly shows I’m on the annual family plan. Maybe it’s the app going awry…

Maybe the "Lord" is telling you that trying to play the squeaking/childish voice of miss Grande is really pushing it and refuses to play.
