Amazon Music Amazon music error - no results :(

I have entered my amazon account into the Wiim ultra but every time i open the Amazon music library it shows my favourites but when i try to play anything it just says no results, also showing albums i have deleted from my account

Any help would be appreciated please

Can you connect to the Ultra via AlexaCast from the Amazon music app and play music?

If this is possible, please try reinstalling the WiiM app and rebooting the Ultra.
 
yes it works with Alexa cast from Amazon music app on my phone its only when i open my Wiim home app and link my amazon to it
 
If reinstalling the WiiM Home app (and logging into your Amazon account again, of course) doesn't fix the issue it might be worth contacting Amazon support as well. I remember having read here about at least one case where a bug in the user profile made access through the Amazon API (that's what the WiiM Home app does) impossible. Amazon were able to fix it in this case.

You can also send feedback to Wiim via the WiiM Home app (tab More => Feedback) right after the error happened. Your feedback will contain some device logs, so WiiM engineers might be able to find the root cause.
