Is there any hope to get lyrics from Amazon Music when playing through Wiim App? I've got them when playing from Amazon music app.

Unless Amazon provide that thru their third party api that WiiM use, then no.

I can’t recall, but when you cast from the Amazon Music app to another device like your WiiM, does it still show the lyrics?

Yes, lyrics appear if using chromecast
