Amp pro volume level reset

No, maybe I should try it after it happens again lol
I'm using optical in and have never used it for anything else so nothing else is connected.
When that toggle is turned on, the device remembers the last used volume; turn it on even if you only one input is used.

If reboot the device after turning off Per-source volume control, the volume will return to 35%. Your problem is caused because this is turned off. Please switch it on now 🙂

Yes, it doesn't matter how you reboot - if Per-source volume control is on, the volume will not change when you reboot. If it's off, it will revert to the default of 35%.
OK so you see the same behaviour as me. Every day is a school day 😂

I switched the per-source volume on earlier... but it just happened again that the volume went down by itself.
I'll see if it happens again...

I can confirm per-source volume control did not work...

Also when I tried to change the volume lights to "always on", it didn't happen either so I can't tell what it shows. I had to adjust volume to trigger this change.

Strange as per source volume control works for everyone else. I didn't even know the volume reset to 35% until I disabled per source volume control.

First, set the volume of the Optical input to 50%. Then set the volume of the Wi-Fi input to 60%.

Then switch the input several times and check that the volume of the Optical input is remembered.

(If you don't do this, it may not be remembered.)

Yes, if I remember correctly, the volume indicator lights up when the input on reboot is Wi-Fi (or Ethernet). Please try switching the input to Wi-Fi after reboot.

that seems to be a normal and reasonable way 😉. same as with child education. repetition makes the master. and when you beat it up. why not with audio devices too? if it does not work: power-cycle the device and your router and re-install the app. not to forget, the feedback section 😂
