Amp pro volume level reset

Turning on "Per Source Volume" works for everyone else. My amp definitely does not return to 35% with that turned on.

I tried that already and it's still returning to 35% :/
In fact, I have that turned on right now.

Did they reply to you? If not try again and ask for a reply when you get the acknowledgement of the ticket.

If the ticket is still open you can add further text and files anytime. I would regularly ask for the current status.

However mine changes automatically after long idle (like overnight etc).

That sounds very much like the problem I described in my thread.

After longer periods of idleness, it often feels as if someone has placed two thick pillows in front of the speakers ...
Only when I move the volume control (either in the app or directly on the device) does the normal volume return.
However, this also occurs at levels below 35 (I very rarely listen to anything louder than 30), so the automatic reset on restart cannot be the cause.

Incidentally, when I inquire about my ticket, I only receive the standard response as well ...

There does not seem to be a solution.

Just updated my second Wiim Amp Pro with the latest update after reconfiguring it and it now has the same issue. I noticed it doesnt happen all the time but most times.

I tested this on my Amp Pro, and resetting to 35 doesn't seem to happen anymore, at least not on mine. I increased the volume to 50 and after restarting, it remained the same. Based on reaperxiv's statement, it seems that this is a software problem after all, that they can't get a handle on or that they don't consider important enough, because too few people/devices are affected by it.
