So, I don't see how am integrated Amp Ultra could be better than Ultra + Vibelink.

Dual TPA3255 chips instead of one.
Shorter signal path, optimised PCB.
Less potential for ground loops.

I can think of reasons how this is possible.

Flexibility and included features are the reasons to pick the Wiim Ultra plus WiiM Vibelink Amp over the WiiM Amp Ultra. Not sound quality.

The Amp Ultra sounds great and easily drives my Radiant Acoustics Clarity 6.2 to alarming sound pressure levels. Don't know what Randy did wrong this time.

Why all-in-one? Well, I for one prefer simple and uncluttered. If I can find one single box that does everything I need as well as two or more other boxes, I’m going with the single box solution. And I am ecstatic that WiiM has gone ahead and provided exactly that, as well as some other options for those whose needs are different from mine.
