My brand new Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra sits in landscape mode 100% of the time, in its official keyboard case. I cannot rotate the tablet without losing the case protection, as well as keyboard input, which I want to use for complex searches - I hate touch screen virtual keyboards.
Please fix the Android WiiM app to work in landscape mode, also.

New firmware?
Yes, 5.0.621154.
I should have seen the words "USB Output" on the rocket, but forgot to take a screenshot. After setting it up for a quick test, I noticed that the USB output was still not selectable for audio output.😂

Does it have per channel PEQ?

Just updated to app version 2.10.2 and landscape mode is now working on my Honor Pad X9 (Android v13).

It seems to work on my S22 Ultra smartphone. I haven't tried on the Tab S9 Ultra tablet yet, need to charge it first.

Really hoped, landscape mode in Wiim app would do a better job than apps like "control screen orientation" or automatic screen rotation in Samsung, but it doesn't. In 21:9 displays the artist name in Play Now view is still missing. Besides, Play Now view is "fake landscape", sliders are still in portrait format.
Please, Wiim Team, look at LMS Material app, how it could be done, album view at the left half, sliders and information in the right half.

Today I found that the landscape mode works for only half of the screen. Let's hope an update will fix this issue

I also have the same issue as some here, where the text and the artwork has shrunk making it hard to read the screen.

But I also experience another issue.

I have a Samsung tab S8+. It is ignoring the screen orientation lock which you set in the notification panel. I normally have the lock set on to portrait. Other times I have it locked to landscape. Regardless of one's orientation, the orientation lock is ignored. So I have raised ticket for this

Yes, I could see the same issue on my Tab S8+. Also the same on other tablets. I think it is a good point. 🙂👍

Please insert a switch to turn off widescreen mode! It does not really work well on Android tablets.
...better remove the function completely

It’s the initial release - raise a ticket to WiiM with your concerns and allow them the opportunity to address them

My update: you can visualize the whole thing but there's a lot of empty space on the sides

Yesterday I tried on my new Xiaomi tablet Redmi Pad SE and landscape mode was working! Finally!
