App unstable and crashing - unusable at the moment

My pixel phone just recently had an android update and looks like the wiim app may have had one as well. I had a lot of trouble with Tidal connect last night and originally thought Tidal was the problem. Going directly through the wiim app worked for a while but then the app became very unstable and began crashing. Uninstalled and reinstalled but no joy. As of this writing the app is unusable but thankfully tidal connection is working.

Delete and re-install the app. If things don't improve, raise a ticket to WiiM via the more/feedback section in the WiiM app giving as much info as you can (phone make/model, android and app versions etc) so they can have a look at the app and device logs - it could be the Android update has changed something the WiiM app may need to accommodate.

I did uninstall and reinstall last night and just now. Still unresponsive then crashes. I tried to use the feedback section in the app but it crashes while trying to fill in the fields.

Maybe try WiiM Support at the top of this forum page, then 'new support ticket'. You may need a login first - just use your forum credentials

I asked the OP to do the following.
'Could you please try the following in this order
Delete the data and then the cache of the WHA. Then delete the WHA.
Before reinstalling the app turn off and restart the phone.'
This seems to have fixed the issue

Yes! Actually forgot to turn off the phone but still worked.
