Bass management for Pro/Pro Plus: Subwoofer out on line out and high-pass output on optical or COAX

What if WiiM Pro or Pro Plus can process input such that it can output low-pass subwoofer signal to line outs (either mono or stereo) and high-pass stereo signal to optical or COAX? Then, one can feed high-pass stereo signal to external DAC. This way, we can have Pro or Pro Plus can have bass management.

Been asked several times in the past and WiiM have said they may look into it, but recent responses suggest that the devices weren’t designed to support multiple simultaneous outputs. .

Would be cool to handle crossover, high- & lowpass in the WiiM. Maybe in a future version of the device if the current ones wouldn’t be able to support it.

That future version would probably be called the WiiM Ultra.

If you prefer to keep the WiiM Pro or Pro Plus there are third party devices offering what you want.
