Beeping Noise from Line Out

I have been using my Wiim Ultra for several weeks without and issue. Today, I am getting a beeping noise and sometimes a continuous tone from my speakers attached to the "Line Out" connection. I have tried the following:
- No changes to my Wiim Ultra input and output connections since it was working without the beeping. Speakers are connected to Line Out.
- The beeping occurs in the speakers as soon as the speakers are connected to the Line Out connections on Wiim. Beeping occurs with any of the inputs selected
- The powered speakers do not have beeping when I connect them to another music player (i.e. not using the Wiim)
- Beeping does not occur with other outputs (headphones, Optical out)
- If I reboot the Wiim. the beeps will go silent but return after the unit comes back on line. After rebooting the Wiim, the tones sometimes change from continuous tone to beeping.

Sample audio of the beeping and the continuous tone are attached. Any help is appreciated

Samples of the noise that I am getting are attached
What is the line output level of the Ultra set to?
Please switch it to 200mVrms and check whether the beeping sound stops.

Also, I recommend submitting a ticket via the WiiM app's feedback section.
(Other > Feedback)

Device logs will be sent, which will assist in resolving the issue.

I tried several things described above with no success. Then I did a factory reset. After the factory reset, the noise got a little worse. When I bought my Ultra the factory settings worked fine but now I get noise. I did submit a Feedback message using the Wiim app. I am posting my problem here in the hopes that if others have experienced this problem, maybe they can tell me what they did to fix the problem.

At least my Ultra has no noise. If you have another device that can connect to your Ultra's line-out, you could try connecting it to see if the same noise occurs. However, it seems highly likely to be a fault..

This is most likely just a coincidence. These noises are so strange, they most certainly cannot be affected by a reboot.

This is certainly the most important thing to do right now.

Fair enough. This is not something I have experienced or heard of, yet.

Even if you didn't change anything regarding your WiiM Ultra and your active speakers (which speakers, btw.?), maybe something else in the environment around your setup has changed? New telecommunication devices? Anything else related to the network of other audio/video stuff?

No new devices or changes to my environment in my house in the time between when Wiim was working and now. My Ultra is connected to a windows 11 PC and a pair of Yamaha HS Studio monitor powered speakers. I have been testing everything I can think of. The speakers seem to be OK because they do not have any noise when I use them connected directly to the PC or with other audio devices without the Wiim. All input choices for the Wiim have the same noise and the noise is audible with any of the inputs muted or not muted. Testing is a little tricky because the speakers have 1/4 inch speaker jacks, the Wiim connects are SPDIF, and RCA jacks and my PC sound card has SPDIF and 3.5MM jacks. So testing different configurations requires a lot of different cables and adapters to change between the connection types.

What's really weird is the fact that most of the time the noise is a periodic beep that is sometimes slow and sometimes fast (samples attachmented). If I restart the Wiim, the tone will often be different or be slower or faster? this is really strange.

How is your PC connected?
If not connected, do you still have the beeping?

My PC has a sound blaster card that has both SPDIF out and a 3.5mm stereo out jack. The noise is present for any input selected included bluetooth input. The noise is also present when all cables to the PC are disconnected.
