I start Bluetooth pairing between my WiiM Pro and my Sony WH1000XM5 headphones, then the WiiM app shows a progress bar that stops around 80% and never completes. Tried repeating many times but cannot get pairing to complete. Anyone got an idea to fix this. The headphones pair with other devices.

Make sure that all your other devices have bluetooth switched off. Eg. Phone, tab , tv etc. and try again.
( I don't remember a progress bar though? But I have an Ultra, not a pro )
So go to the Wiim home app, select audio output, then bluetooth out, then hit pair and make sure your headphones are in 'pairing mode'
and the circle is spinning in the top right of the WHA screen. If the circle stops spinning then tap it again.
They should connect.
