Can't Link Pro+ to WiiM Mini (from Mini)

I have asked this in the Mini Area, however had no response, so hoped someone may know in here:

I have the following in my house:
Mini
Ultra amp
Pro plus
Soundlite

If I play from any other device, everything syncs together fine, but if I start the stream (usually radio) from the mini, the pro plus doesn’t join the group? It just spins for ages and says that the action failed.

Is there anything I can do to get it to work? It’s not the end of the world, but if I’m listening to the mini, then want to carry on throughout the house I have to start the stream from another device.

Do you have the pro plus already linked, or are you adding it adhoc when the mini has already started streaming? Can you give an example of what you're playing when the pro plus acts up?
