Casting TV Audio from Chromecast with Google TV

I looked for any reference to this but couldn't find a suitable match.

I was curious if it is possible to have audio from a TV connected CCwGTV sent to the WiiM Pro Plus to be played through the connected speakers or do you have to have a wired connection from the TV?

You can connect several Bluetooth devices, like headphones or game controllers, to your Google TV. You can only connect one audio device at a time. Pair a Bluetooth device

It appears that you can use Bluetooth to output audio from Google TV to the Pro Plus; I don't know if the same can be done with Chromecast.
(I don't have a Google TV)

If you connect your TV's optical output to the Pro Plus, you can watch without audio delay issues.

Yes, it works, so I guess it will work with the WiiM Pro Plus as well. I had to look up how to make the connection, hence delayed reply.
