Custom Preset Names Not Showing on Ultra

I entered three custom named presets for my Ultra. These presets are for selecting different EQ settings with "Audio Input" set to "Any". The preset names appear correctly in the Android WiiM app but are shown as "Empty" on the Ultra's display and cannot be selected from the touchscreen.

See screenshot below comparing the Ultra display with the WiiM app.

Has this been fixed for you guys? I'm having this issue, and it's been an update or two since then. I tried rebooting, and it still has the regular presets as empty. It has the presets with playlists, but their names are the original playlist names, not the ones I renamed them as.

It's working ok for me, on both ultra and amp ultra, and has been for a while iirc.
Maybe try deleting / recreating the presets?

Thanks for the recommendation. I deleted and remade them, but it's still doing it.

I have just tested this. It works fine for me. I can even see the text and icon change instantly on the Ultra screen and WiiM Home App, when I save a new name.

Hi Krabin, team

Please send us a feedback ticket using the WiiM Home App. Our team will look at this issue immediately. Thank you for your continued patience and support!

Your Ultra firmware is not a beta version, is it?
Thanks for the replies! It's not beta. How do I clear cache? Would rebooting do that? When I get home this evening, I'll start a feedback ticket.

OP here. Updates fixed the issue for me on two Ultras in different homes.
