Deezer Deezer won't play from Wiim home app

deezer won't play from the wiim home app directly on wiim pro....it plays through chromecast, but won't play from wiim home itself...i opened ticket, but would like to ask here is anybody else have the same problem?

Have you tried removing the power from your WiiM device for a couple of minutes, plugging back in and trying again?

Yes, Login succeded one time. Music is Not starting. Now login failed.

Still an issue this morning, I did not see any content in my Deezer library. I've tried to disconnect/reconnect but I can't get back to my account via WiiM Home app.

still not working good...when you click album in library, it shows up blank first, and shows up after couple of tries...and not playing after...sometimes it plays...

still pretty erratic behavior...

Same for me, very much hit or miss, Some playlists work nearly flawlessly, others wont even start or appear empty... Very annoying

Sometimes it works. Mostly after choosing a song it does not start or plays another one or nothing happens.
Login is like lottery.
When will it be fixed?

Apologies for the inconvenience. This issue is related to an update toDeezer's APl. We have contacted our API provider and are waiting for Deezer to resolve the problem.
