Does WiiM Amp require internet on to work?
I understand that it needs wifi/wired network in other to stream and be available as a network speaker. But does it absolutely NEED the network/wifi up in order to even work as a standalone?
I just returned a pair of KEF LSX II because of that. Great speakers but they don't work without wifi on any input (which I don't like).
So I'm looking at the WiiM Amp and want to make sure that if I want to use it as a standalone (or if my network is down for whatever reason) that I will still be able to use it with other sources.
