I am still having nothing but trouble withe phone app. The gear settings symbol mostly does not show up. When I try to do Line In it does not work and then defaults back to wifi. Now I am hit update and it says in a grey box "updating". Is that right and how long does it take? I am getting damn tired of this shht.

What o/s and version are you on? Have you cleared the app cache or deleted/re-installed the app, and rebooted your device and router? Have you submitted any tickets to WiiM so they can inspect you device logs?
