Duplicate Playlists

I have several playlists on my WiiM app that do not appear on my Amazon Ultimate Music. I used Amazon recommended Tune My Music to transfer my Spotify playlists to my Music Unlimited. Again, no dupes on Music Unlimited only on the WiiM app.

In my past experience, transferring a playlist from Spotify to Amazon with Tune My Music creates a duplicate playlist with the same name, rather than overwriting it.

If you have already deleted the duplicate Amazon list, please try updating My Music in the Amazon app settings.

Also, for Android, please try deleting the cache of the WiiM app.

I checked to be sure.

As mentioned earlier, transferring an updated playlist from Spotify to Amazon increases the number of playlists to two.



When viewing playlists in the Amazon app library and sorting by title, do you find duplicate listings?

I received a very prompt reply from WiiM support. This is a known issue, and they are working on rebuilding the Amazon Music integration, and the new integration should address this problem. It has nothing to do with Tune My Music simply a coincidence, it is a bug in the WiiM/Amazon interface. Kudos to WiiM support for transparency.

Understood.

But strangely enough, there is no duplicate Amazon's my playlist in my WiiM app.
