There's a big difference between the English and German time worlds.
Take the example of 17:30

In the English, this is half five. In the German, this is halb sechs (half six).

I am hoping to use this as a replacement for my radio alarm clock in my bedroom.
So please make the clock face easy to read and make the display dimmable.
If using a digital clock face, maybe have a second row in a smaller font to display the alarm time when an alarm is set.

Super simple option I would love: background image only, no clock. I don't care about the clock and would love to display images without a clock in the way.

Love the WiiM Sound.
I suspect a lot of people will use this as a bedside alarm clock (I am trying to replace my Bose Wave).
-more clock faces are great; I think the current ones are ok.

My main suggestion at this time is to add another category of faces to:
-ALWAYS have the time visible -and some minor track or stream info - irrespective of what your media listening to you should see the time.
-Alarm time remaining? it's easy to lounge in bed too long listening to music.
-A few more dimmer and darker ones for night use would be good, when in standby full clock display (I find the Red one perfect at night).

^It's quite expensive to use the Swiss Railways design which Mondiane is licencing. Apple used it around iOS 6-7, but stopped.

For bedside I have used the orange red two lines one since it's the only one dim enough for a completely darkened bedroom. It's also a cool way to display time. 24h of course, since I'm not much into fl. ounces, cups (or 47 for that matter) either.

So to support the many personal preferences as possible - (noting: I don't know how you have implemented the screen interface)
Could it be designed to allow users in the screen management interface to build up a screen with "widgets" Elements of your choice?
i.e. 1. pick your wall paper; 2. pick your information widgets (Time, Source, etc.)

(forgive the color choices - wanted to be obvious)
