I don’t have that option for either in the ipad Wiim app, but checked my android phone and like you that option is only there for the Mini.

Maybe for now it's only implemented for the WiFi connection and ethernet will follow. Just a guess. I'm not willing to switch my Pro to WiFi as up to now I have no connection issues with ethernet discussed all around. 😉

Possible. I'm checking it out.
 
It would appear to be - the mini and pro do share a code base so I guess from time to time, they will share the same firmware version number.
