Have to restart the WiiM home app

When I'm listening to music with the wiim pro,if I browse the Internet on my phone I alway have to restart my wiim app which is a bit tiring.

It doesn't affect my music though.I love my wiim i can't wait to buy the ultra on pay day

The screen goes black or crashes & I have click the app to restart it

Sounds like a phone issue or compatibility problem. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

The brand and model name could be helpful. Current OS version? Is the device up to date?

It could be my phone it's old,I'll try my spare one in the morning no drama I'm really happy with this wiim pro,definitely the best gadget I've ever brought in my life.

Hey you were right I was using my spare old out dated phone.

My new regulator phone gives me no issues at all.Thank you as I much.Oh & I can see all my PC library now too, instead of bits & pieces.Great thank you dearly!

I searched to see if anyone had the same problem and found this thread, I have the same problems. However, these have not always been.
I have Huawei MediaPad M5, Emui 9.1.0, Android 9.
Yes I had uninstalling and reinstalling the app, yes the device is up to date.
I can film the tablet and use it to show what the Wiim app does.

I have now manually set the background activity of wiim home, no longer automatically. I will now wait a few more days to see how it behaves.
