Ikea Symfonisk remotes with Wiim?

Just wondering whether there is a way to use an Ikea Symfonisk / Sonos remote with a Wiim. Any info appreciated.

Did this work well for you LibraryDetective? I should probably buy the WiiM remote, but the SYMFONISK would match the IKEA lighting control that's already on my fridge, it would be neater

Hi,
I've not used the ikea remotes with Wiim. I did buy the remotes to use with Sonos speakers and the remotes are fab. They're magnetic, so attach to my fridge door The Wiim remotes are great, but would love to see Wiim create a similar form factor remote.

Ha great, that's the idea I'm going for. I guess I'll maybe get the WiiM remote and glue a magnet to the back, or maybe even inside the case if possible.

The plan is to stick a speaker on top of my fridge and pipe mono audio into it from a WiiM Mini. A Sonos speaker and a SYMFONISK remote would be the obvious answer but why take the easy route?

btw in case anyone Googling this is wondering, I put magnetic tape on the back of a WiiM remote and it's neat. The tape is slightly too thick to fit inside under the battery cover, so the magnet is on the outside.
