Increased PEQ bands on the Mini

Okay, so I know WiiM are working on adding to the 4 bands of PEQ currently available on the Mini, Pro, Pro Plus and Amp.

What are the chances of them finding it’s impossible on any of them, or that it’s possible, but not on the Mini?

I’m buying a Mini or Pro soon, and the Mini looks good enough, apart from more EQ bands being a big help. I don’t want to buy the Mini, only to find the Pro and Pro Plus can go up to 8 bands, but the Mini is stuck with 4.

The Mini already lacks Squeezelite or Roon Ready, and given it only has a quarter of the RAM and half the number of CPU cores compared to the Pro and Pro Plus, I’d hedge my bets and get a Pro especially as it’s reduced just now both in the UK and USA.
