Please integrate Wiim with Flic to enable integration with the Flic Twist knob control for wall mounted volume and playback controls.

Flic makes a great wall mounted knob called the Flic Twist.
- It has a rotary knob, a center button, and LED feedback lights. The knob can be used to control volume or if the knob is turned while holding the center button, you could cycle through Wiim presets. The button can be programmed for single or double taps, so a single tap could toggle play/pause and a double tape could skip forward to the next track. The LEDs could display the current volume percentage and they could also indicate which preset you are currently selecting.
- It can be wall mounted or it can sit on a table top for a nightstand or a coffee table.
- It runs off of a AAA battery and can last up to 2 years.
- The indoor range is up to 150 feet (50 meters).
- The Flic Twist is $80 USD and the Flic Hub LR is $90. They also sell a Flic Twist Starter Kit that includes the Flic Twist and the Flic Hub Mini for $100 USD. A Flic hub is required for the Flic Twist to function. I'd personally want to get the Flic Hub LR since it has an ethernet connection, instead of needing to rely on wifi.

The Flic Twist currently only fully works with Sonos for audio control (they do integrate with a couple of other audio apps, but only push button controls; no knob control). They appear ready and very willing to have more integration partners.

*I run an integration company, selling and installing all things smart home. I have tons of experience with this. Having an elegant solution for hard button controls for each audio zone is very important for many clients. Many people don't keep their phones in their pockets at home, and even if they do, they like a quick way to adjust audio or to get music started. The Wiim remote is unfortunately not the solution for this: it would not look good mounted on a wall and with Wiim devices mounted in a rack in a basement, the Bluetooth range of the Wiim remote is an issue.

**I also should note that I posted another feature request to integrate with the Lutron Pico Smart Remote for Audio. If there is a priority list, I would integrate Lutron first, as it is proven to be bullet proof over time and could be less expensive than the Flic option (depending on how many zones you want). Also, Lutron as a company isn't going anywhere, but you never know with a smaller company like Flic.

WiiM has at least two APIs available. Shouldn’t it be up to Flic to use one of them? Why would WiiM spend time and money on this?

Wiim already provides so many different ways to communicate with the devices, at that point it's kind of the smart home platforms fault if it doesn't provide any way to integrate it. I use the very similar looking hue tap dial switch for controlling the volume and some automations for my wiim pro with home assistant, integrating the wiim was very easy
