Squeezelite Is it possible to use multiroom with different branded products?

Hi I currently use LMS multiroom across my 3 Wiim Pro's which works perfectly but am thinking of buying either a Eversolo DmpA6 or Fiio R7 and installing squeezelite on it but am unsure whether I can then group the new player in LMS and it will work alongside the Wiim's?
Been googling around but unable to find an answer, thanks.

Yeah, the info around “squeeze connect” on eversolo is a bit confusing. Maybe better asking this on the Lyrion forums (https://forums.lyrion.org/forum/user-forums/logitech-media-server) where more may have come across it.

If it behaves like the squeezelite client on WiiM devices, I don’t see why you couldn’t group them along with your WiiM devices in LMS.

Thanks for replying, I realised I can't be bothered with the headache of it all so have just ordered a Wiim Ultra and saved myself some money plus I know it will all work perfectly straight away, looking forward to receiving it tomorrow bought a nearly new from Peter Tyson for £260 seems like a great deal.
