I'm sorry if this is obvious but I don't see my streaming services in the windows app. I can see what's playing when I start it from my phone but there is no where that I see to control Tidal and Pandora for example. How do I make those services show on the windows app?

You could support one of the feature requests for this topic then.

Personally I don't see WiiM giving much priority to desktop apps at the moment.

I agree that it would be nice to have the PC apps support streaming services. It does kind of...you can program streaming links to the favorites buttons and then skip and pause play will work on that link.
I am one of those users that work on my PC during the day. It would be nice to just have an open window on top of the desktop to control all sources, not just local files.

Old thread, but I too was looking for the windows app, which I found, only to learn it is useless. I'll be sending the Wiim back to Amazon in favor of something that will work with Windows 11.

No streaming services... no Browse button to setup streaming services.
If you use Tidal, Qobuz or Spotify for example, then their own and more feature rich Windows apps allow you to cast via their Connect feature to WiiM devices (apart from the Mini which doesn't support Qobuz Connect).

I am trying to use Roon, but the Wiim Pro does not show up as an audio device in my Roon software, although my Wiim Ultra does show up.

I guess you must have used a mobile device and the WiiM app there to get the Ultra showing as Roon Ready unless you only have it showing as a chromecast or squeezelite endpoint, but the WiiM pro shouldn't be any different. I'd power cycle the Pro, select it in the WiiM mobile app then choose Roon Ready from its Browse page and then do whatever you'd do in Roon to discover or setup a new player/zone.

Also see if this page is of any help https://faq.wiimhome.com/en/support...0606886-how-to-use-roon-with-your-wiim-device

Thanks... I'll try that out once I get to the shop today.

I really don't remember what I did with the Wiim Ultra to get it in Roon... it's been a minute since I set it up, but I take it there is only one way to get it showing up, and I already had Wiim Home on my phone, so I must have used it.
