Known Issue: WiiM Sound Unable to Connect with Alexa

For those trying to set up a new WiiM Sound, we've identified an issue with the Alexa integration that the Amazon Alexa team is working on right now. This problem is preventing WiiM Sound units from being linked with Alexa, and can cause Alexa voice commands not to work on previously set up WiiM Sound units.

Thanks for the heads up. Useful to know if there are issues that could be impacting users, rather than us having to respond with the usual “please raise a ticket via the more/feedback section of the WiiM Home app so WiiM can inspect your device logs”…
