I’ve had this issue with the line in where, when playing records, the music gets cut off for about 2 seconds the comes back. Happens more often than I’d like. I started noticing this around March of this year. I have sent feedback a couple times. I received a response back asking me what level I set my external phono preamp at. That was a couple months ago but haven’t heard anything back since. Has anyone else experienced this with the line in? The other inputs don’t experience this kind of behavior. My phono pre is set at 42 dB and the ADC is set at 24/96. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Are you switching to the line input manually? Or is it switching auto-sensing?

I normally switch it manually but upon going into my settings the “auto-sensing of Line In” was toggled on. Should this be toggled off?

Should this be toggled off?
It may not be related, but please give it a try.

Is the sound cutting out only for the first two seconds, or does it happen repeatedly during playback?
(In the latter case, auto-sensing is not relevant.)

Could you please provide your ticket ID? If the problem recurs, kindly send us feedback along with your ticket ID so I can follow up on the issue.

To be honest, I'm not sure if this will resolve the issue, but would you mind trying the following?

Lower the phono preamp gain by a few dB
Change the ADC rate to 16-bit/44.1kHz
Ok I will try this tomorrow and test it out. I can’t play any music tonight because it’s getting late. Tomorrow I have some extra to time. Thanks wiimer

Hi, where do I find the ID? I was able to reply to the ticket under the feedback section but never noticed an ID.
