Lowpass and highpass crossover thru spdif out in stereo for pro, pro+ and ultra ?

Not knowing if this is possible at all through firmware, but it would be nice.
Hi Musician, Team

Could you please provide more details on your feature request? When sub-out is selected on the WiiM Amp and Ultra, a low pass filter is applied to the sub-out, and a high pass filter is applied to the optical, coax, and speaker outputs. Since the Pro and Pro Plus models don't have a sub-out, there's no use case for high or low pass filters on their outputs. Understanding your specific needs will help us address your request more effectively.

You are right that the WiiM pro and pro plus dont have a subwoofer out , so my request might be impossible .

However , it would be nice with a high pass crossover in the PEQ function that only apply to the internal WiiM dac , making it possible to get a volumeregulated spdif output without highpass filtering, to another dac/subwoofer with inbuilt crossover . In that way one could have both HP and LP crossover and the subwoofers in stereo .

This is really interesting in my opinion.
If I may introduce a comment on this thread: having the possibility of introducing high- and lowpass filters on several wiim devices would be an exceptional feature. Let's say for instance that one has her or his mains on the front space of the living room and would like to add two or more active subwoofers around the room. The mains could be fed by a wiim pro plus with a high pass filter. Simultaneously, each subwoofer could have its own wiim mini with a low pass filter. This saves long cables around the place and makes possible for pro and pro plus owners to upgrade their setup to 2.1 or 2.2 without having to "start from scratch" (meaning that for example I would have to buy either a wiim amp or ultra for the crossover and put my previous wiim device on the waiting drawer)
Following the same logic, this synchronization of wiim devices equalized individually could be use to build 5.1 systems and / or music integration of multiple speaker sets (like Schiit's Syn does, for example)
