Situation.

Wiim pro optically connected in living room on samsung soundbar. Works after purchase now more than 3-4 months.

Then bought wiim mini, connection installation went smoothly and without problems. This one is in the kitchen and plays tuneln radio right with the wiim pro or just the mini.

The problem

The mini has been running like this for at least 3 weeks and then fell out.

My knowledge of the English language and current techniques is not great.

Have tried everything with the help of chat gpt and also tried several times.

Chat gpt indicated after being busy for a full day, that firmware had stuck. And had to try it through Wiim helpdesk. This is where I am now too. Got the mini playing today. After first the modem ziggo was set to 5g and restarted, also phone restarted and mini had been off power evening\night

After 30 minutes the sound dropped and I couldn't focus much on the phone anymore.

You did see the sign that something was playing the grey lines moving. That's the moment I created via the home app and ticket. After going back in the menu three right angles at the top. I saw the mini offline.

Reconnecting then no longer sticks in the menu that the app indicates to check or led tippers I can try this endlessly.

Today still a second time to get the mini playing then it fell out after about 1-2 hours.

Who has an idea or help

Wiim pro optisch aangesloten in woonkamer op samsung soundbar. Werkt na aanschaf nu ruim 3-4 maanden.
Daarna wiim mini aangekocht,, aansluiten instaleren ging vlot en zonder problemen. Deze staat in de keuken en speelt tuneln radio gelijk met de wiim pro of alleen de mini.
Het probleem
De mini heeft zeker 3 weken zo staan te draaien en viel toen uit.
Mijn kennis van de Engelse taal en de huidige technieken is niet groot.
Heb met de hulp van chat gpt van alles geprobeerd en ook meermaals geprobeerd.
Chat gpt gaf na volle dag bezig zijn geweest, aan dat firmware was vast gelopen. En het via Wiim helpdesk moest proberen. Hier ben ik nu ook me bezig. Vandaag de mini spelend gekregen. Nadat eerst de modem ziggo op 5g gezet is en opnieuw opgestart, ook telefoon op nieuw opgestart en mini was avond\nacht van stroom af geweest
Na 30 minuten viel het geluid weg en kon ik op de telefoon de niet veel meer uit richten.
Wel zag je het teken dat er wat aan het afspelen was de grijze streepjes bewegen. Dat is het moment dat ik via de home app en ticket heb aangemaakt. Nadat terug gegaan te zijn in het menu drie rechtshoek bovenaan. Zag ik de mini offline staan.
Opnieuw verbinden lukt dan niet meer blijft hangen in het menu dat de app aangeeft om aan te vinken of led kippert dit kan ik oneindig proberen.
Vandaag toch nog een tweede keer de mini spelend te krijgen toen viel deze ongeveer na 1-2 uur uit.

This could be a problem with the power supply. Do you have another power supply you could try?

I‘ve rread this before on this forum. But what exactly is the problem with the PS?
It“s a 5V/2A plug.
My Mini even runs on the 1 ampere socket of a small active speaker.

Ik heb een samsung adapter van 5,3 volt 2.0 a gebruikt.
Ga het vandaag nog eens proberen met de voeding van de wiim pro die wel gewoon werkt en net nieuw is.
