Multi room connection issue

I am experiencing connection issues with my Wiim devices.

I have three devices (Wiim Mini, Wiim Pro, and Wiim Pro Amp), each located in a different room but connected to different Access Points.

All the access points and the routing system are from Unifi. I have more than one internet network, but all the Wiim devices are connected to the same “Admin” network.

When I try to connect the devices, sometimes they don’t appear, sometimes they appear but don’t play, and they don’t all connect to the same streaming session (Spotify).

I’m not very experienced in this area, but it seems to be an issue where some devices are on the 5GHz network and others on the 2.4GHz network. However, I haven’t been able to unify them all on the same network.

Is there a network configuration I can set up to make this easier?

Assuming that they are on the same VLAN, there shouldn't be an issue. I have all of my WiiM devices on ethernet as well as my Edifier MS50A on Wi-Fi, and I can see all of them at once as well as multiroom them on my TP-Link Omada network. However, I have only the one "VLAN" because I chose not to create separate VLANS and rather manage rules and groups on my Firewalla Gold router.

They are at the same VLAN.
But all the time it disconnect and cannot find the devices.

Ok but the question was do you have a 'single' DHCP server or in other words do have more than one DHCP server on your network ? Some mesh type domestic networks default to each satellite network device running their DHCP server. This means that devices can get IP addresses from different address pools.
If possible post the IP addresses of your Wiim and the device running the Wiim App when you experience this problem
