"My Music" playlists skipping

For some reason the playlists in "my music" section start skipping and don't play. Looks like it can't find the file on my Android device I guess. I made no changes and it's just started happening one day. Help!

Which WiiM device do you have?
10 tracks stored on the phone were played back on Ultra with no problems.

Please check the operation by trying this troubleshooting in turn.

1. Reboot the phone.
2. If the phone uses an SD card, power off the phone and reinsert the SD card
3. Reboot the WiiM (plug the power cable back in)
4. Delete the cache of the WiiM home app
5. Reinstall the WiiM home app

If you have tried this far and the problem persists, you can also try rebooting the router or factory resetting the WiiM device.

You can also submit a ticket via the feedback section of the WiiM app. A log of the device will be sent to help resolve the issue.
