I cannot hear the samples today… I have lousy internet right now and only my mobile .

No worries. The source was clipping a lot, I had to record and upload all samples again. It's a bit better now.

My software didn't want to cooperate with me, but current ones are finally the correct ones. Sorry ;)

@onlyoneme,

Thank you for providing fun play😁

Are these three tracks all analog outputs?
My ears can't tell these differences.
For now, this is my answer.
X = Pro Plus

If I listen to it again tomorrow, I may change my mind.😅

The answer is August 5th?!

Three devices, two WiiMs, 1 DAC
Meaning the three files are each
one of the 3 devices -> the same dac -> adc -> file?

Or have I completely misunderstood?
I assumed it'd be the analog out of each device being captured, i.e.
One of the 3 devices' analog out -> adc -> file

Your second assumption is correct, analog outputs only. I've added a remark.

Yes, the analog output in every case, and converted with my ADC which I use for measurements. No postprocessing except matching the volume level.

Ok the sample file was not ideal… By listening on my phone without headphones I would say that y is clearer from the rest.

Y>X>Z
