Hello,
Today the FW on my WIIM Pro plus streamer was updated. Unfortunately, the "update" made the device inoperable, it was stripped of functionality. I suspect that it was the wrong package that was sent to the device. I hope you can fix what you messed up with this update.

I'm afraid this is a WiiM, not Arylic forum - all your screenshots seem to show your Arylic device. Also, the "fw" version you post in your heading looks like an app version. Firmware versions are found under speaker info in device settings.

If your device is non functional try rebooting or factory resetting it.

I can assure you that this is my Wiim Pro plus after today's OTA update. I've done the reatarts probably three times now. I myself am amazed at what has happened.
I sent a support ticket #4938

OK, sorry, I may have misread your post - if you had said it's now showing as a completely different device, then I may have understood it better.

While you say you have done three restarts, have you tried a factory reset by pressing and holding the play/pause button for 10secs then gone thru setting it up again?

If that doesn't resolve it, then submit a ticket to WiiM thru the feedback section in the WiiM Home app, attaching your screenshots.

BTW, what firmware version is showing under Speaker Info in the device's settings in the WiiM app? It should be of the form 4.8.537051

I have sent updates to Wiim support and email to monitor audio technical support . If I had another device with coax and another coax cable everything would be simpler . I think I have to carry the amp and Wiim to the dealer. But I want to avoid all the hassle due to work and family schedule and diagnose in a smarter way .

Przed następnym ponownym uruchomieniem odinstalowałem aplikację Wiim Home. Następnie powtórzyłem przywracanie ustawień fabrycznych. I teraz jest w porządku.

Just to share. Had problems with vTuner not working but all others fine. Raised a ticket with wiim - no 493772. Speaker info is 4.8.536232
Today reconnected connections together with power supply, the problem is resolved and working flawlessly.
