No Stereo Output

My Wiim Pro Plus seems stuck in mono - I've set to 'stereo' in 'audio settings' - but get the same mono output on both channels when in L, R , Mono or Stereo also Volume Balance Control does not work (has no effect) - I read someone with the same problem solved it with a Factory Reset but I can't find out how to do it - searching Wiim help with 'factory reset' brings up nothing helpful. My input is via ethernrt - Have tried source : Deezer and Internet radio - Any help with the issue (or how to do a factory reset) would be appreciated

press the play/pause button for 10 seconds. normally you will here a tone and the light starts flashing. i do not remember the color.

Hi Machiavelli - Thanks for your reply - sorry to be stupid - do you mean the play/pause button on the phone app? I tried doing that but nothing happens

You should also be able to do a factory reset from the WiiM App. Click on the Gear, then Device Info, then Restore Factory Settings.
