Plex integration - Unable to discover your library

Hello all,

Today I got an update from Wiim featuring the new Plex integration. This is a game changer for me.

When I connected my Plex account, it shows “Unable to discover library”. What is going on here? My Plex server is fully discoverable

Are you on the latest app and firmware? I think WiiM resolved this a release or so back. Also, try logging out of Plex on your WiiM app and back in again

If you’re on Android, I don’t think the app has been released yet for Plex integration. I assume you have the Plex beta firmware already

How did you guys got the firmware update? Although I sent a request to beta test, my Ultra is still am under 5.2.628942. I wiim home on IOS devices.

I reinstalled the entire app and tried logging out and back again. Its still showing the same issue.
