Plex isn't working, says no server available.

I just got the WiiM Pro and signed into Plex but when I try to play a song it says no server available. I'm on the same network as the WiiM Pro so I'm not sure why it's saying that.

Running plex on a Synology NAS using their container manager which I believe is docker behind the scenes. It appears that network is set to host already, but I'll dig a bit deeper. Thanks for the lead!
