Are there any cons to attaching any of the WiiM streamers to a power strip and physically turning it off there?

I’m meaning flicking the switch so it’s impossible for any power at all to get to the device.

I’m thinking, will it have a significantly longer boot up time, or potentially lose settings, that sort of thing.

The Amp takes around 30 seconds to boot from off. All settings retained.

I connect everything - active speakers, subwoofers, external DAC, WiiM Pro Plus to a single power strip (Furman). I power up and down only with a switch on the power strip. Every setting retains. It makes no pops.
