Pro stopped working

I undertook a router reset on another matter and following that my Pro has stopped working. No LED lights of any colour! During the router reset the LED changed colour- possibly indicating that the internet supply was down. The Pro is hard wired to the router using Ethernet cable

I have tried to turn it on using the 3 sec press of the triangle (play) symbol and also a 10 sec reset using the same but cannot get any lights to come on. I have also unplugged it and tried different power supplies to no avail. Does anybody have any thoughts or suggestions?

Try disconnecting the Ethernet cable and holding the play button down for maybe 12-15secs to factory reset the device to see if that helps. Failing that, raise a ticket to WiiM thru tge settings/feedback section of the app to see if they can help further.
