Problem with calibration

Today I made the mistake of trying to calibrate with the Wiim Ultra, it was a disaster. I connected my Canton subwoofer to the Wiim, set the crossover frequency on the Wiim to 80 Hz and then started the calibration. I thought the window panes were flying out so that a deep bass sound could be heard. The result of the measurement was that you could only hear unbearable bass and almost nothing else. I then reconnected the subwoofer to the Nubert, calibrated it and everything was fine again, great room correction from Wiim the customer service has not yet responded to my email. Has anyone had a similar experience??? Maybe it's a bug???
