Problem with external DAC - WiimAmp

I wanted to use an external DAC with my WiimAmp. So I connected an iFi Zen DAC V3, but the USB output wasn't detected. I tested the cable on my computer (it works), the flash drive was detected, I tried a powered hub, and I restored factory settings, but still no luck. Can someone help?

This is a moving target, so never really helpful (even if this expression is used a lot).

Did you make sure the DAC V3 is powered on and connected first? You can (and possibly should) reboot your WiiM Amp (can be done from within the WiiM Home app) and stop and re-open the WiiM Home app itself.
