I recently got a Qobuz subscription, however when using it through the Wiim home app it's limited to 44.1. If I use the Qobuz app and Qobuz Connect to the Wiim it works plays with the correct bit rate that the track is in. I have both a Pro and and Ultra the issue is the same on both.

Hi

Did you open Qobuz on the WiiM app's browse screen, tap the gear icon in the upper right corner, and change the stream quality to high-res 24/192?

The higher bit rates are gray and cant be selected.
Yes, I'm in the same situation.
(But I'm a free user.)

I recommend submitting a ticket via the feedback section in the WiiM app.
(WiiM home > More > Feedback)

Or you might receive helpful advice from other members. Unfortunately, I'm not sure any more than that, but it might be a temporary glitch.

Are you signed into your Qobuz account via the WiiM Home app? If you are, and still can’t select the higher bit rates, you should try to log out, and try logging in again to see if this resolves your issue.

Yes, I did that. I had a trial account for a while and every time I'd open it in Wiim Home it would tell me I could only play 30 seconds. This didn't go away after getting a full account until I signed out and in again.

It might also be worth contacting Qobuz and asking them if your profile information as exposed to their API is correct.

Also send feedback to WiiM, of course.

I'm in the same boat. A bit of a let down, I bought two wiims over Christmas and it seems like there's always bugs that differ from what the marketing claims are.

At any rate, I think it's a bug in the WiiM app or hardware itself. I tested with the same account on a Yamaha Music Cast QoBuz connect and it gets full hires, including the Qobuz mobile app and it is full hires.

Factory reset WiiM and also cleared cache on WiiM app.. same results.

As reported here by other folks, hires is greyed out.

As you can see all are selectable and I have never had any high res streaming issues
As @Wiimer stated it appears you have a free account choices I would sign out and sign in on both applications to see if that resolves the issue
