Hello, I need help with a problem I'm having with my audio streamer.
The Situation:
I have a preset for a radio station that I created manually by entering its direct stream URL. This preset 'Prog Radio' station. The reason I did this is that the TuneIn radio service is blocked in my country, so I can't add the station through that app.
The Problem:
I can listen to this 'Prog Radio' station perfectly fine when I select and play it from the Home Wiim App on my tablet. However, when I try to start playback directly from the streamer itself (Wiim Pro Plus) using its physical remote control, it simply never plays. The station just won't load.
Troubleshooting I've Done:
I've attempted this multiple times and initially thought it was a network connectivity problem. But I've ruled that out because all my other presets—which are mostly playlists from Spotify and YouTube Music—work flawlessly, both from the tablet and the remote.

Given that everything else works, what could be causing this specific issue, and what might the solution be?
