Room Correction -> Audio Check/Natural Sound - no sound audible

#1 Top Concern: Room Correction -> Audio Check/Natural Sound - no sound audible.

Optical in, Speaker out works perfectly.

Audio track stored on phone plays perfectly through speaker out.

But, Browse -> Amazon Music -> triangle play button only shows moving waveform -> then stops and turns into triangle -> then goes back to optical in.

I've used room correction perfectly in the past, but now I'm getting this issue. Nothing has changed on my end. I use optical in exclusively.

Normally there would not be a triangle button there. Is the input set to Optical and you pressed the Optical playback button?

Or have you simply omitted an explanation?
