Do any of the WiiM products allow you to connect TV sound in, with output to a soundbar (or passive speakers) AND to earring aids via Bluetooth?

Not directly. But you could buy an Amp Ultra and a Mini. Pairing the two you could use the Mini‘s BT output while the Amp is feeding the speakers.

If you want to use a soundbar or other active speakers get the non-amp Ultra plus a Mini instead.

Brilliant will look into that 👍

Please be aware that Bluetooth output in multi-room groups is prone to issues. While playback may work in some cases, audio dropouts are more likely to occur. If you try this, connect the group's leader device to the earing aids via Bluetooth and connect the follower device to the soundbar. Using Bluetooth output on the follower device tends to cause issues.

Additionally, you may need to consider the potential increase in audio latency.

If this is so my advice is invalid. The (Amp) Ultra would have to be the leading device. But its output would be occupied by the speaker or coax/spdif output.
