Hi,

before the device goes straight back, I wanted to ask around here first.

I was watching a movie when the Amp Pro suddenly switched independently from Line-In to Ethernet and one of the preset radio stations in the Wiim Home App started playing.

What am I supposed to think of that???

Did you accidentally press the remote? Or had you set up an alarm and forgot about doing so?

If it’s a recent occurrence, raise a ticket to WiiM via the more/feedback section in the app and they’ll hopefully identify the cause.

Then I would have accidentally pressed the source button twice and, on top of that, the number 4 of the preset shortcuts once, a lot of coincidences altogether. 🤔

No alarms were activated or set up.

At least I can still try that.

It would be possible to accidentally play a preset from the WiiM Home app I suppose.

I have just tested this, of course it is also possible that I only got to the number 4 of the shortcut keys once ...

It seems that these Bluetooth remote controls take some getting used to ...

In the end, maybe much ado about nothing ... 😉

No, pressing a remote button linked to a preset would both switch source and play the content, so one pocket dial ;) would suffice
