Only if you are using the optical or coaxial output, not the USB output.

For the sub out to be any useful you also have to control the volume from the WiiM Ultra, not from any device further down the chain (as this couldn't change the sub output's volume, obviously).

The latest roadmap for the Ultra confirmed that WiiM are “actively working on” supporting simultaneous sub out and usb audio out which is a step up from their earlier statements about “investigating” such.

I don’t remember seeing pregain in roadmap or activity working it just shows up on update just like that. I think after this activity working it will then enter on beta stage.
