Tidal/Amazon music Issues

Hi: In the last week or so I can not sign in to either of my accounts listed in subject line above.Is there currently any problems going on?I have Wiim Ultra was fine til recently?Thanks

I have rebooted/started my phone many times,uninstall app(both services) so not sure what is going on?again thanks for and help!!

It may have something to do with a bug in the latest version of the WiiM app (3.2.1) You can try reinstalling the WiiM app.
(However, I have not had any problems with Amazon Music.)

Currently, the WiiM app in the Play store has been rolled back to 3.2.0, so reinstalling it will revert to the previous version.

If this does not resolve the issue, please submit a ticket through the feedback section of the WiiM app.
