Why is it that going through the WiiM home app to tidal is totally different than the tidal app .
The WiiM version must think I’m a different person with totally different interests?

I don't use tidal in the wiim app very often, but I see what you mean!
Apart from Custom Mixes it's totally unpersonalised, and I don't recall it being like that before.

Same here. I usually use the Tidal app even if I don't like the fact that I have to always choose the output. If both app were to be identical, I would only use the Wiim version...
